Cogent IT is looking for a Help Desk Technician to join our team and be located at our customer, Ziba Design in Portland, Oregon. If you love to help creative people use technology, we'd like to speak to you. An ideal technician will provide technical support and develop technical solutions to help us become more effective, productive and successful. This position reports directly to our Client Services Manager and requires excellent communication skills.
Ziba is a dynamic organization. Ziba's clients are innovative companies and projects range from tactical product design to in-depth strategy. More than 50 smart, talented, creative people work in the Portland studio, and by truly collaborating are able to produce the best work.
