An AA or BS in Information Technology, Management Information Systems or a related field, or equivalent work experience

One to four years of experience providing technical support

Experience supporting Apple workstations is a must

Experience troubleshooting 2D/3D design software and associated technologies

Ziba is looking for an Account Manager to join the Client Relations team. This role is responsible for facilitating the execution of our complex programs by managing the day-to-day tactical operations of assigned projects, working to ensure they’re delivered on time and on budget, while providing both clients and internal teams with a smooth process.

Serving as the primary client relationship liaison between client and agency, fostering trust and confidence in the partnership.

Developing a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business objectives, collaborating with other disciplines to manage expectations and mitigate misalignment both internally and with clients.

Fostering account growth by providing strategic counsel and effective solutions through the lens of Ziba’s services.
