Ziba is looking for an extraordinary and experienced administrator to join our Operations team. This role will have unlimited potential for personal and professional growth, depending on skill set and interests. Given the wide range of options, we’ll need a strong communicator and self-starter who can demonstrate solid judgement. The current salary range is $47,000-57,000 DOE.
We’re a collaborative group, passionate about our brand; we work together to strengthen the quality of the work and lift the overall experience for Zibites and clients alike. No job is considered too large or too small; this position could cover everything from helping out on high-profile client projects to providing back-up for the front desk. Whichever it is, the right attitude will be key.
You should be able to:
Provide above-and-beyond service to our internal teams and external clients
Help with proofreading, document layout and design
Propose new and reinforce existing policies and procedures
Support the executive team
Coordinate external events for our on-site auditorium
Elevate our work from all angles while ensuring nothing has slipped through the cracks

As a senior-level administrator, you’ll be expected to leverage your existing skills in the pursuit of meaningful and practical solutions in an environment of constant learning and exploration. We expect you to start running on day one, but we’ll be right there running with you.
