Ziba is looking for a talented office assistant to join our Operations team. We’re a collaborative group, passionate about our brand; we work together to strengthen the quality of the work and lift the overall experience for Zibites and clients alike.
Working in tandem with the office coordinator, this role will provide exceptional solutions for team members, clients, and visitors. Responsibilities include monitoring all front-of-house activity, answering calls, managing conference room calendars, and greeting guests. No job is considered too large or too small; this position could prepare for multiple high-profile meetings on one day and be independently counting inventory on another. Whichever it is, the right attitude will be key. The current salary range is $13-16 per hour DOE.
Provide outstanding service for our internal teams and external clients
